The Agency's Relationship with Airlines and Maritime Transport Companies:- Since its establishment in 1987, the agency has been working in the field of travel and tourism both domestically and internationally, consistently providing integrated services to its valued customers. As a result, the agency has gained the trust of the people in the central states, both officially and among the general public. It is now the sole agent for most state institutions, as well as for higher education institutions and major agricultural projects. The agency takes pride in having organized the travel and reception of numerous official and public delegations to and from the Gezira State and its various institutions. Due to the trust it has earned from the people of the central states, the agency has gained a solid reputation and trust among local and international companies. As a result of its significant efforts, the agency has received several certificates of appreciation from both Sudanese and international airlines. This is likely due to the agency's pioneering role in various fields, including social, cultural, sports, and scientific activities, as well as its substantial contribution to supporting the revenues of many air and maritime companies. This has led to the agency being selected as part of a distinguished group of agencies with a good reputation in Sudan, to contribute to the opening of many international offices. Recently, the agency’s manager was selected to join a delegation from Amadeus, the global booking company, on a trip to France. Through its extensive efforts in the travel and tourism sector, the agency has earned the trust of maritime shipping companies and has become an accredited agent for several of them.

Umrah and Hajj:- The agency is considered one of the leading agencies in providing Umrah services in Sudan and has a rich history in the field of Umrah that spans seventeen years. The agency’s journey began in the year 1418 AH and it served as an external agent for 10 years with Saudi companies.
